BFA equipment requests begin March 18th. At this time BFA candidates will be able to reserve equipment for BFA week. All equipment requests are subject to review and approval. Please make your reservations within the following parameters: PICKUP: May 4 or 5, between 8-4, RETURN: May 13 or 14 between 8-4. Reservations not adhering to this timeline will be changed or cancelled. Failure to follow this procedure may result in equipment not being available. EARLY RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED! Deinstallation must occur on Monday or Tuesday 5/13 or 5/14.
It is your responsibility to test all equipment BEFORE BFA week. We recommend that you borrow equipment ahead of time to test out and confirm that it will serve your needs.
Important Dates:
• March 18: Technology request period opens
• April 19: All technology requests completed and confirmed
• April 29: – May 3: test all video files to be screened in PBL or Screening room 321
• May 4 & May 5: 8am-4pm (Saturday & Sunday) Technology pickup
• May 13 & May 14: 8am-4pm (Monday & Tuesday) Technology Return
